La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer un marco jurídico que permita el ordenamiento y la titulación de los bienes inmuebles cuya propiedad recaiga en instituciones de derecho público, empresas públicas y municipalidades y que estén siendo ocupados por personas físicas en carácter de precaristas.

The Act concerns local government in Wales. It mainly concerns reform (merger) of local authorities in Wales and amends existing legislative provision in the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2011 and the Local Government (Democracy) (Wales) Act 2013. This Act makes provision for, and in connection with, the merger of two or more existing principal areas into a single new principal area, with a new principal local authority.

This Regional Law regulates the allotment, free of charge, of public land plots with delimited ownership and pertaining to the regional or municipal public land stock in ownership to some categories of citizens. The following categories of citizens shall have the right of allotment free of charge of public land in ownership: (a) multi-child families with three or more children; (b) single-parent families with dependent children of minority age with three or more children; and (c) single-parent family with three or more children of minority age, including adopted children.

The present Act provides for a framework to protect the integrity of the land titles system in Yukon, to secure interests of property owners, and provide new economic development options. Furthermore, the Act establishes a new mechanism for registering settlement land while safeguarding aboriginal rights and title. This will create new residential and commercial development opportunities. The Land Title Office shall keep pace with the volume and complexity of modern land dealings in Yukon and provide more accessible land titles information.

This Law aims at transforming the system of public landownership into private property ownership. It is structured as follows: Chapter 1 (General provisions). Article 1 provides that the right of ownership shall be restored either by restitution of the actual property or through financial compensation. Article 2 lists the categories of citizens eligible for such restoration.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el que establece las condiciones para que los campesinos y desplazados accedan al subsidio de tierras bajo la modalidad de readjudicación de parcelas, que otorgará el Instituto Colombiano de Desarrollo Rural (INCODER), respecto a la necesidad de cruzar información para evitar la legalización de la propiedad sobre predios que hayan sido objeto de despojo, usurpación, desplazamiento de sus legítimos ocupantes, de cualquier forma ilegítima, fraudulenta o violenta de ocupación, o cuya protección haya sido efectuada o solicitada a las autoridades competentes.

This Regional Law establishes minimum and maximum dimensions of public and municipal land that can be transferred in ownership to citizens farming, gardening, horticulture, stockbreeding and suburban housing construction related to gardening, horticulture and subsidiary smallholding.

Regional Law No. 1927-OZ “On delimitation of plenary powers between state bodies related to land tenure and land protection”.

This Regional law establishes that Legislative Assembly shall have the following plenary powers: (a) setting land price public and municipal land plots subject to sale; (b) validation of the categories of public servants that shall have the right to fixed-term land tenure free of charge of land parcels and establishment of terms and conditions for the allotment of the aforesaid land parcels; and (c) validation of the list of agricultural land plots that cannot be used for other purposes.

This Regional Law regulates relations dealing with land tenure, protection and conservation of land, establishing plenary powers of regional state bodies in this sphere and, in particular the issues related to land tenure and ownership. It establishes minimum (0, 5 ha) and maximum (15 ha) public and municipal land areas for plots of land allotted for family farming. Single natural or legal persons cannot have in ownership more than 10 percent of the whole available agricultural land area on the regional territory.
