These Regulations are formulated in accordance with the provisions in the Water and Soil Conservation Law of the People's Republic of China to prevent and control water and soil loss. The Text consists of 35 Articles divided into 6 Chapters: General Provisions (I); Prevention (II); Control (III); Supervision (IV); Legal Liabilities (V); Supplementary Provisions (VI).The local people’s governments of the prevention and control areas for water and soil conservation shall put in practice the target and responsibility system (art.3).

The purpose of these Measures is to prevent and control water and soil loss, protect and rationally utilize water and soil resources, reduce floods, droughts, wind and sand disasters, improve the ecological environment, build ecological security barrier, and ensure the sustainable development of economy and society.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto la regulación de la ordenación del territorio valenciano, de la actividad urbanística y de la utilización del suelo para su aprovechamiento racional de acuerdo con su función social, así como la evaluación ambiental y territorial estratégica de planes y programas.

La presente Ley tiene por finalidad modificar el marco normativo de Castilla y León a fin de mejorar la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos y garantizar la efectividad de su derecho a disfrutar de una vivienda digna y adecuada. A tal efecto se regulan las actuaciones de rehabilitación, regeneración y renovación urbana y los instrumentos necesarios para ejecutarlas, y se establecen medidas sobre sostenibilidad, coordinación y simplificación administrativa en materia de urbanismo.

La presente Ley tiene por finalidad regular la actividad urbanística en la Comunidad de Castilla y León, que es una función pública que tiene por objeto la ordenación, la transformación, la conservación y el control del uso del suelo, incluidos el subsuelo y el vuelo, y en especial su urbanización y edificación.

El presente Decreto modifica el que crea la Unidad de Planificación de Tierras Rurales, Adecuación de Tierras y Usos Agropecuarios (UPRA), respecto a la conformación del Consejo de Dirección Técnica de la UPRA.

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto regular el urbanismo en la Comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco, respecto a la vigencia y adaptación de planes generales, instrumentos de ordenación urbanística y normas subsidiarias, que deberán ser adaptados a las determinaciones de la Ley Nº 2/2006, con aprobación definitiva en el plazo máximo de quince años.

This Law regulates legal issues related to status, land area, boundaries and particulars of management and functioning of protected areas. It is related to protected areas that include unique natural ecosystems containing land area, forested areas, water areas and objects of historical and cultural heritage. It contains mapping of the boundaries of various protected areas and zoning of their territory.

This Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of institution of Jawaheti protected areas and management, protection and conservation thereof. It shall regulate the issues of disposal, management and utilization of land, water and other natural resources of Jawaheti protected areas.

This Order grants powers to the Marine Management Organisation to fix a fee or charge for the monitoring of any activity authorised by a licence granted under section 71(1)(a) or (b) of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009. Those fees are set out in Schedule 1. The Order also confers power on the Organisation to charge a fee for determining applications for the variation or transfer of such licences. The fees for variation or transfer are set out in Schedule 2.

This Law regulates legal relations in the sphere of setting up and management of the system of protected areas of the Imereti caves, related to management of land area, forests, water and other natural resources, including historical and cultural heritage. The scope of this Law shall be to ensure setting up of protected area, regulation of the management mechanism thereof and conservation of unique natural ecosystem. It classifies categorization of the caves, gives mapping and location of different caves.

This Law regulates basic legal relations in the sphere of setting up Kolkhida protected areas and management thereof, including management of land areas, forested areas, waterbodies and objects of cultural heritage.
