This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Policy. Federal Committee on Land Policy (GOSKOMZEM) is the Federal Authority that coordinates interministerial activity of the issues pertaining to the sphere of land relationship, functional regulation in this field, including the keeping up of land cadastre, valuation of land, land survey , state control over the use of land and the soil protection. Federal Committee on Land Policy has its local (territorial) branches at the regional level.

El presente Decreto reglamentan los capítulos X y XIV de la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, en lo relativo a los procedimientos de clarificación de la situación de las tierras desde el punto de vista de la propiedad, de delimitación o deslinde de las tierras del dominio de la Nación y los relacionados con los resguardos indígenas y las tierras de las comunidades negras.

This Act vests all land comprised in the territory of each State in the Federation in the Governor of that State and requires that such land shall be held in trust and administered for the use and common benefit of all Nigerians in accordance with the provisions of this Act. In each State a Land Use and Allocation Committee shall be established. Such committee shall be responsible for advising the Governor on land management and resettlement issues. The Governor may declare urban areas and land controlled by the military shall be administered separately.

This Regulation provides for the grant of land as Torres Strait Islander land, it consists of 60 sections and is divided into nine Parts. It contains the procedure for the granting of transferable land as Torres Strait Islanders land and regulates claims for claimable land and the grant of claimable land as Torres Strait Islanders land, incorporated as a land trust.

The Act, consisting of 11 Parts and 1 Schedule, divided into 165 Sections, establishes the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Holding Act.

The Constitution of the Republic of Tanzania was ratified in 1977. Since 1977, several amendments have been applied to the original Constitution. This Act provides for the protection and preservation of Aboriginal heritage in the territory of South Australia. This Act makes provision for local government in Ghana and the promotion, conservation and development of customary law.There shall be a National House of Chiefs, which shall be instrumental in the development and conservation of law relative to chieftaincy and customary law. There shall also be Regional Houses of Chiefs which shall have functions of dispute resolution and compilation of customary law. Each traditional area shall have a Traditional Council and may have more than one Divisional Council.

These Regulations amend the Native Land Trust (Leases and Licences) Regulations in regulation 11 by repealing paragraph (1) and substituting that paragraph of these Regulations. They also repeal paragraph 3 of regulation 11. Paragraph (1) concerns the distribution of moneys received by the Native Lands Board by way of rents and premiums in respect of native land.
