La presente Resolución establece los procedimientos para los avalúos ordenados dentro del marco de la Ley que aprueba las Normas sobre planes de desarrollo municipal, compraventa y expropiación de bienes, con el objeto de tener procedimientos unificados, claros y actualizados para que las personas que se encarguen de realizar los avalúos especiales puedan contar con un marco único para su ejecución.

This document lays down the Strategic Plan for Environment and Development (SPED), which was adopted by Malta following the introduction of Directive 2014/89/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a framework for maritime spatial planning. The SPED provides the spatial framework that supports the development of an integrated maritime policy at a national level.

This Decree-Law establishes the requirements for land use planning approval. It consists of 16 articles and 1 Annex specifying the requirements to be satisfied by ordinary, municipal, regional and special land use plans under the supervision of the Ministry of Land Administration.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Producer Association shall carry out state control in conformity with the Forest Code.

Le présent arrêté du Gouvernement de la Régioin de Bruxelles-Cajpitale porte la réglementation relative à l’évaluation des risques pour la santé et l’environnement causés par une pollution du sol. La partie initiale contient la définition des termes suivants: «valeur de risque humain», «valeur de risque de dissémination», «valeur de risque pour les écosystèmes». Le texte comprend 10 articles répartis en 5 chapitres comme suit: Généralités (Ier); Risques humains (II); Risque de dissémination (III); Risque pour les écosystèmes (IV); Disposition finale (V).

This Presidential Decree approves the Statute of the Institution for Urban Land Planning and Management of Luanda (IPGUL). This Statute, consisting of 6 Chapters and 2 Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned public institute of the economic sector, legal person of public law, with legal personality and administrative, financial and property that integrates the indirect administration of the State.

This Resolution approves the attached Regulations on land taxes as specified in Schedules 1, 2, and 3: Temporary basic rate of the unified agricultural tax (1); Rates valid for one occasion and annual tax for usage of the lands of settlements and non- agricultural lands (2); Tax rates for use of householding plots allocated to citizens from urban and rural areas (3).

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de calificación de tierras por su capacidad de uso mayor, con la finalidad de promover y difundir el uso racional continuado del recurso suelo con el fin de conseguir de este recurso el óptimo beneficio social y económico dentro de la concepción y principios del desarrollo sostenible.

The Ninth Development Plan is a national plan with a sectoral approach covering the period 2007–2013. The main objectives of the Plan are: a) increasing competitiveness, b) increasing employment, c) strengthening human development and social solidarity, d) ensuring regional development, e) increasing quality and effectiveness in public services. The Plan also aims at protecting the environment and improving urban infrastructure, making agricultural structures more efficient and promoting the development of rural areas.Food security is among the specific objectives of the Plan.
