The present Regulations enact section 10 of the Mineral Resources Act, 1959, which was repealed by the Crown Minerals Act (C-50.2), but these Regulations continue in force under the Crown Minerals Act.
Article 1 of the present Order establishes that the Environmental Assessment Act is hereby repealed. The repeal takes effect on the date of this Order.

This Order makes provision for the publication applications for planning permission made under article 9 of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. Any representation in respect of a planning application must be provided to the Minister within a specified period of time.
This Order prescribes, in Schedule 1, proposed development requiring an environment impact statement for the purpose of Article 13(1)(a) of the Planning and Building (Jersey) Law 2002. In Schedule 2 to this Order, information that must be included in environment impact statement is specified.
These Regulations are made under the Agriculture (Loans and Guarantees) (Jersey) Law 1974, which grants power to the States to provide for lending of money for prescribed agricultural purposes.
These Regulations exempts certain transactions from restrictions on transfer and sale of agricultural land put in place by article 2 of the Agricultural Land (Control of Sales and Leases) (Jersey) Law 1974.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the practice and redemption of pasture rights on someone else’s land and soil. The text – consisting of 65 articles – deals with the following aspects: competences, administrative proceedings and fees.
This Decree issues the Implementing Regulation of the Law on pasture and livestock management. The Regulation establishes the duties of the committees of livestock management.
