Ley de aparcería del Estado de Oaxaca.

La presente Ley establece los principios y límites que rigen el vínculo de aparcería, definido como el contrato por el cual la persona que puede disponer de un predio rústico lo da, en todo o en parte, a otra persona para que lo cultive, recibiendo de ésta la porción de frutos que convinieren. A estos efectos la Ley clasifica las tierras que pueden ser objeto del contrato de aparcería en tres categorías: a) tierras de riego; b) tierras de humedad; c) tierras de temporal. La Ley regula la celebración, las causas de terminación y rescisión del contrato.

This Order, for purposes of the Land Registration etc. (Scotland) Act 2012, make provision for continuation of an Automated Registration of Title to Land (ARTL) system. The Regulations, among other things: specify the kinds of deeds which are authorised for use in the system and the persons authorised (i.e. licensed) to use the system; provides for the suspension or revocation of an authorisation and for appeals against the Keeper’s decision to refuse, suspend or revoke an authorisation; amends the Land Register Rules etc.

The objectives of these Regulations are: to prescribe standard rules for public auctions for the sale of land; to prescribe written information statements that must be made available for public auctions for the sale of land, and to prescribe how that information is to be made available; and to prescribe the obligations of auctioneers at public auctions for the sale of land. These Regulations are made under section 48 of the Sale of Land Act 1962.

Decree No. 247 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on revenue of excise tax to the producers of agricultural commodities for diesel oil.

This Decree establishes the modalities of revenue (reimbursement) of excise tax to the producers of agricultural commodities for diesel oil used for agricultural land cultivation. The aforesaid excise tax shall be reimbursed to the following categories of producers of agricultural commodities: (a) owners of permanent tenants of agricultural land without lease contract; and (b) tenants of agricultural land in accordance with lease contract.

This Act provides rules relative to the exploration for and the exploitation of mineral resources and related matters such as the protection of the environment and the use of water resources.This Act declares all rights of ownership in minerals to be vested in the Basotho nation. Mineral rights may be acquires and exploited in accordance with this Act. The Act sets out restrictions on the acquisition of mineral rights. Mineral rights are: a prospecting licence; a mining lease; a mineral permit for small-scale mining operations (together: "mineral concessions").

This Act makes provision with respect to the registration of deeds, including deeds relating to land, and establishes the Deeds Registry and provides for the appointment of a Registrar of Deeds. It defines also duties of the Registrar and provides rules for the preparation of deeds so that they meet requirements of registration. Deeds that must be registered include transfer of estates, long-term leases and mortgage bonds hypothecating immovable property.

This Act amends the Land Tenure Act of 1992 with respect to among other things: definitions of "ownership", "Department" and "Director" (sect. 2); administration of public land (sect. 3); measures regarding violation or breach of the terms and conditions of a lease of public land. The Act also adds new sections (6A, 6B and 6C) concerning measures against misuse of land and a new section 42A which protects rights of occupiers of land under agricultural grants granted pursuant to section 41 of the principal Act in respect to, among other things, cultivation.

Decree No. 495 of the Cabinet of Ministers validating the Regulation on application of the Law on immovable tax.

This Decree establishes the modalities of calculation and payment of immovable tax, specifying that public land and land of local government that is not allotted in lease or let on hire shall not be subject to application of immovable property tax. Local government shall register payers of immovable property tax.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto reglamentar el contrato de aparcería agrícola y el aprovechamiento de los frutos y productos naturales de la tierra. Se establecen disposiciones relativas a la forma del contrato de aparcería, la repartición de los frutos, las causas de terminación del contrato, las obligaciones de los propietarios y de los aparceros. Asimismo la Ley establece las circunstancias en que la aparcería es obligatoria.

This Act makes provision with respect to the protection and conservation of ancient monuments and related matters such as the acquisition of land by the Government for purposes of this Act. The Minister may, by notice in the Gazette, declare any monument or antiquity to be a protected monument or antiquity within the meaning of this Act and shall establish an Authority to manage and supervise the ancient moments or antiquity. Land shall be aquired for a public purpose within the meaning of the Land Acquisition Act.

The present Regulations are made under section 6 of the Northwest Territories Lands Act. Section 4 establishes that an application to lease or purchase territorial lands must be made to a land agent and must be accompanied by the application fee set out in the Schedule.
