Crofting (Amendment) (Scotland) Act 2013 (2013 asp 10).

This Act amends principally the Crofters (Scotland) Act 1993 and consequentially the Crofting Reform (Scotland) Act 2010 in respect of applications to decroft by owner-occupier crofters and the subsequent handling of such application by the Crofters Commission. The Act also provides with respect to appeals against decisions of the Commission. An owner-occupier crofter may apply to the Commission for a decrofting direction, i.e. a direction that the owner-occupier’s croft is to cease to be a croft.

These Rules, made under the Agriculture Act, concern land settlement and land allotment. The Land Development and Settlement Board shall administer: (a) the Tenant Farming Scheme; and (b) the Assisted Ownership Scheme. An application for participation in an approved settlement scheme shall be made in the form specified in the First Schedule to these Rules. Applicants shall meet certain requirements to be able to participate in a scheme. As for the Tenant Farming Scheme, the Board may allot land and grant leases to tenant farmers selected by the Board in accordance with these Rules.

These Regulations establish the rate of interest for late payment of land rent under section 75(1) of the Act in one per cent per month or part thereof to be charged on the amount of land rent unpaid or remaining unpaid for the due year (excluding any penalties which would have been added from previous years) for more than one month after the due date until the full amount is recovered.

This Act aims at financing the acquisition by the Government of land estates for division and resale to small landholders, as well as the purchase of the landholding by the agricultural lessee from the landowner, there is hereby established a body corporate to be known as the "Land Bank of the Philippines", which shall have its principal place of business in Manila. The legal existence of the Bank is extended for a period of fifty years from the expiration of its original term on 08 August 2013, renewable for another fifty years.

Local Authorities (Recovery of Possession of Property) Act (Cap. 273).

This Act makes provision for the recovery of land and other immovable property when the term or interest of the tenant of premises held by him or her from a local authority at will or for a term not exceeding three years, either with or without being liable to the payment of rent, has expired or has been legally determined by a notice to quit or otherwise. The local authority may in such circumstance make a complaint in writing on oath before a magistrate.

The scope of Land Code shall be to regulate land relations originating from application of different types of land ownership rights, including duties of landowners, tenants, leaseholders, protection of land rights, application of rational land tenure, restoration and improvement of soil fertility, land re-cultivation and improvement of natural environment. Land property shall envisage public, municipal and private ownership, that have equal status and are equally protected by the Law (Art. 4).

The scope of this Law shall be to improve efficiency of the management of public and municipal property through transfer on lease thereof to natural and legal persons. Lease shall be applicable to land pots, water and heat supply systems and objects of fuel and energy complex. Lessor shall be Public Property Fund of Ukraine. Public property shall be transferred on lease through tender in accordance with lease contract. Time period of lease shall be established by agreement between the Parties.
