El presente Decreto Legislativo establece el Régimen Temporal Extraordinario de Formalización y Titulación de Predios Rurales, declarando de interés público nacional la formalización y titulación de predios rústicos y tierras eriazas habilitadas, a nivel nacional, por un período de cuatro años.

This Act concerns national parks and other protected areas and access to the countryside. The provisions of this Part of this Act shall have effect for the purpose of conserving and enhancing the natural beauty, wildlife and cultural heritage of the protected areas. The Act provides for establishment, management and conservation of national parks and nature reserves and for compulsory acquisition of land for purposes of this Act. The Act also concerns public rights of way and access to open country.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento para la selección y asignación de solicitantes de tierras, que tiene por objeto establecer los procedimientos a que deben someterse las personas solicitantes de tierras (personas físicas o personas jurídicas sin fines de lucro), para el estudio y selección, ya sea para asentamientos campesinos de explotación individual o colectiva.

The Institute for Reform and Land Regularization - INTERPI is the competent body for the management and administration of land policy in the State of Piauí, in accordance with State Law No. 3.783 of 16 December 1980. The INTERPI may create support offices inside the State, called Land Governance Office aiming to accelerate the fulfillment of its objectives. Contracts affecting property rights of land and for the registration of these contracts in the cadastre must be laid down by a legal counsel on sheets of paper bearing the requisites foreseen in Article 2.
