This Act, consisting of 243 sections divided into fourteen Parts and completed by twenty-eight Schedules, provides for the consolidation of the law relating to the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land in Western Australia. This Act does not apply to the registration of rights over land in respect of minerals, petroleum, geothermal energy or geothermal energy resources; or prevent or otherwise affect the system of registration under other Acts of mining, petroleum or geothermal energy rights in respect of land whether Crown, freehold or leasehold.

These Regulations, consisting of 11 sections, regulates administrative and legal proceedings related to the consolidation of the law on the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land. The Regulations establish that every plan shall be accompanied by a digital electronic record of that plan in a format specified by the Inspector of Plans and Surveys.

This Decree of the Government of the Republic of Slovenia, which is composed of nine articles, lays down some amendments to the Decree on concession for exploitation of forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. In particular, the present Decree establishes provisions concerning the calculation of costs that may be granted to the concessionaire for the exploitation of forests that are owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by National Farm Land and Forest Fund, specified in the Annex to the present Decree.

In particular, the present Decree amends provisions concerning selection of the concessionaire for the exploitation of forests that are owned by the Republic of Slovenia and managed by National Farm Land and Forest Fund (art. 6 of the amended Decree), and conditions of the withdrawal of concessions (art. 9).

The Parties have agreed that Kyrgyzstan shall concede to Kazakhstan land areas on the coastline of Issyk-Kul lake for the period of 49 years for recreational water uses. The Government of Kazakhstan shall pay lease in the form of land charges to the amount of land charges set forth for residents on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The Government shall prevent environmental pollution, ensure greening of the territory and grant access to recreational water area to the local residents.
