Prevention of Steep Slope Disasters Act.

This Act, consisting of 215 sections divided into 24 Parts and completed by nine Schedules, regulates Land Property within New South Wales. It establishes the following issues: All land shall as regards the assurance of the immediate freehold thereof be deemed to lie in grant as well as in livery. Any estate or interest that can be created by will in any chattel real may also be created by deed.

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to various matters, with various references to the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act, 2011. Matters concern mainly documentation and certification. Regulation 30 on management rules as contemplated in section 35 (2) (a) of the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 and regulation 39 on arbitration are repealed.

The purpose of this Law is to specify the institutional system in the field of geospatial information, incorporating the conditions for the preparation, use, exchange and maintenance of geospatial information (including geodetic and cartographic basic data) in order to create an infrastructure for geospatial information in the Republic of Latvia. The Law shall be applied to all natural persons and legal persons, the functions, tasks and activities of which are related to the circulation of geospatial information and joint use and re-use of such information.

This Regulation changes certain articles part of the provisions prescribed by the Regulation on parceling and other geodetic elaborate (Official Gazette 86/2007).Changes are related to the prescribed subdivision studies which divides or combines agricultural land owned by the Croatian government and the approval of the Agricultural Land Agency in accordance with special Regulations; primary studies and data collection standards; and geodetic studies for the purpose of registration of agricultural land.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and land cadastre. Article 1 establishes that the Land is responsible for land survey and land cadastre. The text – consisting of 25 articles – deals, amongst others, with the following aspects: perception of tasks, tasks of regional survey, content, purpose, principle and parts of land cadastre, data transmission, duties of land owners, entry into land, marking of boarder lines, publication of survey results, implementation and penalties.

Sierra Leone

This Ordinance makes provision with respect to the compulsory acquisition of lands for public purposes and compensation for such acquisition to the landowner. It sets out the procedure for such acquisition and subsequent registration of land. The Governor may be required to purchase the rest of a piece of land if only a part was acquired and the rest is rendered useless to the owner. It shall be lawful for the Minister to resell any land purchased under this rule. The Ordinance also makes provision for resolution of disputed regarding compensation, etc.

Le présent décret fixe le fonctionnement du Service Foncier Communal, la procédure et les modalités d'établissement des certificats fonciers. En effet, ne peut faire l’objet d'une certification que le seul droit réel de propriété. Les autres droits réels peuvent être inscrits au registre foncier communal et reportés au certificat constatant la propriété foncière.
