This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation on the decision of the technical requalification of the terrain in the City of Knin for the cadastral municipality of Knin (Official Gazette 134/2007).Changes are regarding the official deadlines and official administrative requirements (holders of land rights registered in the cadastral municipality of Knin are obliged until February the 2, year 2008, to make their permanent markings at their own expenses of boundaries of the land on which they have an ownership or other rights).

This Regulation amends certain articles part of the Regulation on parceling and other geodetic elaborate (Official Gazette 86/2007 and 25/2009).Changes are regarding the: holders of rights to cadastral parcels; and approval of the proposed distribution of agricultural land (prior approval) to be performed by qualified surveyors part of the body responsible for permit issuing and geodetic cadastre related duties.

This Act amends the Land Titles Registration Act 2008 in respect of exclusion of customary land from the definition of "land" and various consequential amendments, including amendments of provisions on recording of customary land for which a judgement has been passed. The record of customary land is not to be interpreted or construed under this Act as a registration of customary land under this Act. Consequential amendment are also made to the Land and Titles Act, 1981.

El presente Decreto reglamenta parcialmente la Ley Nº 160 de 1994 en lo relacionado con la reestructuración de los resguardos de origen colonial previa clarificación sobre la vigencia legal de los respectivos títulos, con las tierras poseídas por los miembros de la parcialidad a título individual o colectivo y los predios adquiridos o donados a favor de la comunidad por el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (Incora) u otras entidades.

This Law, consisting of 8 Chapters establishes reform, settlement and colonization of vacant lands belonging to the State of Piauí. The Institute for Reform and Land Regularization - INTERPI is the competent body for the management and administration of land policy in the State of Piauí, in accordance with State Law No. 3.783 of 16 December 1980. The INTERPI may create support offices inside the State, called Land Governance Office aiming to accelerate the fulfillment of its objectives. Land regularization includes rural and urban public land of the State of Piauí.

La presente Ley establece un proceso especial para el saneamiento de la titulación de la propiedad inmueble, por medio del cual se sanearán los títulos que conlleven la llamada falsa tradición de aquellos poseedores de bienes inmuebles cuya extensión en el sector urbano no sea superior a media hectárea y en el sector rural no sea superior a diez hectáreas, siempre y cuando su precaria tradición no sea producto de violencia, usurpación, desplazamiento forzado, engaño o testaferrato y no esté destinado a cultivos ilícitos o haya sido adquirido como resultado de dichas actividades.

Contracts affecting property rights of land and for the registration of these contracts in the cadastre must be laid down by a legal counsel on sheets of paper bearing the requisites foreseen in Article 2.
