The present Regulations enforces provisions of the Ontario Co-operative Corporations Act by prescribing forms and by regulating more in detail various matters mainly relating to internal organization and procedures of cooperative societies including registration; records of a co-operative society; membership and meeting of members; management and financial matters; and arbitration and other dispute resolution. The text consists of 24 sections.

The present Act provides for a framework to protect the integrity of the land titles system in Yukon, to secure interests of property owners, and provide new economic development options. Furthermore, the Act establishes a new mechanism for registering settlement land while safeguarding aboriginal rights and title. This will create new residential and commercial development opportunities. The Land Title Office shall keep pace with the volume and complexity of modern land dealings in Yukon and provide more accessible land titles information.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that map (plan) of a plot of land shall be the document displaying in graphic and text format location, dimensions, boundaries and other characteristics thereof. Map (plan) of a plot of land shall be elaborated with the consideration of land cadastre data, cartographic materials, data of distant zoning of the Earth and measurements on site. The Decree contains requirements for the compilation of map (plan) of a plot of land and the form thereof.

This Law amends the Strata Titles Registration Law (2005 Revision) in the interpretation section and in provisions concerning, among other things: creation of strata lots, duties and powers of a corporation created by the proprietors of all the strata lots of the property, voting rights, disposition of common property, bye-laws, and creation of easements and agreements. It also inserts a new section on acquisition of additional property.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the establishment, composition and operation of the Survey and Spatial Information State Office in Schleswig-Holstein. These Regulations implement provisions of the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 which provide that the presence of or above the controlled quantity of a hazardous substance on, over or under land, requires hazardous substances consent.

This Act amends the Deeds Registries Act, 1937 in sections 2, 9, 17, 25, 45 and 102. It also inserts new sections on consequences to deeds of registration regarding immovable properties from dissolved marriages and repeals section 94.

The overall aim is to contribute to sustainable development and to enhance the agricultural sector in an inclusive and gender and socially equitable manner, so as to ensure food security, alleviation of poverty and the rational use of natural resources.
