This Act provides for the participation of private sector in financing the construction, development, operation, or maintenance of infrastructure of development projects of the Federal Government through concession or contractual arrangements. It establishes the infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission, which function it shall be to regulate, monitor and supervise the contracts on infrastructure or development projects.

These Regulations provide for the management of public reserves under the Crown Lands Act 1976; and prescribe certain fees payable under that Act.The Regulations provide specifications on the use of vehicles, vessels and aircraft in public reserves; animals in public reserves; recreational activities; protection of public reserves; protection of fauna; authorities; and the preservation of good order on Government House land.

The present Regulation is made under the Private Managed Forest Land Act. The Regulation provides for Council powers and administrative requirements , owner requirements with regard to: administration , soil conservation, structures and activities near streams, fish streams and water supply areas, reforestation. The present Regulation is made under the Private Managed Forest Land Act. The Regulation provides for determination of exit fees and lays down provisions relating to critical wildlife habitat, including appeals.

These Regulations provide a framework for the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from industrial activities. They also lay down rules designed to prevent or, where that is not practicable, to reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste, in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment taken as a whole. These provisions apply to industrial activities giving rise to pollution. Research activities, development activities and the testing of new products and processes are excluded from the application scope.

These Regulations lay down rules for the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from certain industrial activities. They also lay down rules designed to prevent or, where that is not practicable, to reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste, in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment taken as a whole. These provisions apply to the industrial activities listed in Schedule I.

These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

These Regulations, made by the Yap State Environmental Protection Agency under the Yap State Environmental Quality Protection Act, shall apply to all earthmoving activities as defined in these Regulations. They provides for measures to prevent erosion caused by earth moving and sedimentation. All earthmoving activities within Yap State shall be conducted in accordance with these Regulations and in such a way as to prevent accelerated erosion and acceleration of sedimentation.

This Regional Law establishes basic rights of indigenous peoples as regards local self-government, customary and traditional rights in the sphere of hunting and nature management, and conservation of traditional living environment thereof. Traditional living environment of indigenous populations shall be considered traditionally inhabited areas by indigenous populations and areas of traditional nature management thereof.

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto establecer los principios y los objetivos de la Ordenación del Territorio en la Comunidad Autónoma de Castilla y León, en aspectos relacionados con el procedimiento para la revisión de las Directrices de Ordenación del Territorio.
