Denerau (Nadi River) Development Decree 2011 (No. 3 of 2011).

This Decree concerns the development of the mouth of the Nadi River and upstream in the vicinity of Denarau as a tourist and travel destination and for this purpose provides for the cancellation of all leases, licence or other instrument of title relating to the area and vests any interest in the Director of Lands. The Decree also provides for use of the area and requires a permit to be obtained from the Minister for building activities.

The present Act lays down provisions relating to the rehabilitation of drought and soil drifting areas in the Provinces of Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta. The text – consisting of 10 sections – deals with the following matters: definition, advisory committees, duties of committees, payments of actual expenses, regulations, appropriations, power of Minister and annual report.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Quang Binh province.The main objectives of the plan include: agriculture, forestry and fishery development; stepping up the restructuring of crops and livestock suitable to the natural conditions of each area; rational use of forest resources; intensive aquaculture; rational exploitation and effective protection and use of natural resources; prevention of environmental degeneration and environmental pollution control; development of water supply, irrigation and drainage systems; and urban planning.

This Act empowers the Government Geologist and for any person assisting or employed by him or her to enter upon private land and to carry out geological survey. They shall not enter into or upon any enclosed yard, court or garden attached to a dwelling house without the previous consent of the owner or occupier thereof.

Oil Mining (High Water Mark) Act (Cap. 62:03).

This Act provides certain rules relative to surveys related to the determination of the high water mark, required for the establishment of rights relating to the drilling for oil in the land and marine areas within five hundred feet of high water mark. The Chief Petroleum Engineer, the Commissioner of State Lands and any adjacent owner who objects to the high water mark as defined in a survey plan may apply to court to declare what is the high water mark.

This Order establishes rules for Local Council's authorization in accordance with article 5v for planning in coastal zones and must be submitted to the National Nature Agency. The Order applies to municipalities' application for planning in coastal zones, including new urban areas - and facilities in rural areas which must contain detailed information of the land without being of harm to the environment.This Order consists of 4 Chapters: Application (1); Application for permission to project/planning (2); Nature Agency Decision (3); Appeal and entry into force (4).

La presente Ley escinde unos Ministerios y otorga facultades extraordinarias al Presidente de la República para modificar la estructura de la Administración Pública. Se escinden del Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial los objetivos y funciones asignados por las normas vigentes a los Despachos del Viceministro de Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial y al Despacho del Viceministro de Agua y Saneamiento Básico, reorganizando el Ministerio de Ambiente, Vivienda y Desarrollo Territorial que se denominará Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible.

By virtue of this Agreement the Parties aim at the protection of the ecosystem and sustainable development of the Prespa Park Area. Cooperation includes the prudent management of water quality and quantity of the Prespa Lakes; pollution prevention of control; biodiversity protection; protection of soil against erosion, depletions, infections and pollution; preventing the introduction of alien animal and plant species. The Agreement provides for the adoption of plans, porgrammes and environmental standards and criteria to achieve these objectives.
