El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico de Gestión Organizacional por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), en aspectos relacionados con la emisión de instrumentos técnicos para el control de productos agrícolas de origen nacional en la gestión de comercio nacional e internacional del multisector, agrícola, ganadero, acuícola y pesquero.

El presente Acuerdo expide el Estatuto Orgánico de Gestión Organizacional por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), que es la institución rectora del multisector, para regular, facilitar, controlar y evaluar la gestión de la producción agrícola, ganadera, acuícola y pesquera del país, promoviendo acciones que permitan el desarrollo rural y propicien el crecimiento sostenible de la producción y productividad del sector, impulsando al desarrollo de productores, en particular representados por la agricultura familiar campesina, manteniendo el incentivo

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico de Gestión Organizacional por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), en aspectos relacionados con la gestión estratégica y estructura básica de la acuacultura y la pesca del multisector agrícola, ganadero, acuícola y pesquero.

The present Ordinance is made under the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502) and the Baden-Wuerttemberg Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Law of 14 December 2004. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to experts and examining bodies for soil protection and management of contaminated sites. Article 2 establishes that experts and examining bodies are authorized by the State Office of the Environment, Measures and Nature Protection.

These Regulations give further effect in Irish law to Article 3 of Directive No. 2011/92/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the assessment of the effects of certain public and private projects on the environment, They amend Part 2 of Schedule 5 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 to include all deep drilling within the scope of the Annex to the Directive. This Schedule sets out the developments/activities that may require environmental impact assessment in relation to consents under the Planning and Development Act 2000.

These Regulations amend the Foreshore Act 1933 for the purpose of giving effect in part to Council Directive No. 2011/92/EU. They amend section 13A which sets out the developments/activities that may require environmental impact assessment in relation to consents under the Act. Deep drilling within the scope of the Annex to the Directive. The Regulations also prevent double screening of environmental impact assessment in respect of a petroleum activity where a foreshore lease or licence is being sought.

This Resolution of the Council of Ministers approves the New National Policy to Combat Desertification (PANCD) within the territory of Portugal.

This Regional Decree, approves the Regulation on the incentive system for the maintenance of traditional landscapes of vine cultivation in corrals and terraces and traditional species, located in protected landscapes and coastal areas, integrated in the natural parks and biosphere reserves of the island.

The regulations set by this Order aim to reduce contamination of soil, groundwater and surface water as a result of plant protection products’ sprayers cleaning maintenance (filling and washing), tractors and other equipment used commercially for the application of plant protection. The Order provides for the arrangement and layout of cleaning areas and collection containers, appeals on existence and use of equipment for filling and cleaning of application equipment and requirements for the handling of plant protection products.

Article 12 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The scope of land protection shall be prevention and liquidation of soil pollution, exhaustion, degradation, destruction and damaging of land and soil, and prevention of other negative impact on land and soil, ensuring rational land tenure, including soil rehabilitation of agricultural land and improvement of soil”.

This Federal Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage and is aimed at implementation of the constitutional right of each person to have access to cultural heritage, and also conservation of the sources of information related to the origin and development of culture. In particular, this Federal Law shall regulate formation and keeping unified state register of the objects of cultural heritage.
