El presente Decreto modifica el que dispone que el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA) administre en nombre del Estado las tierras baldías de propiedad nacional, y en virtud de esa atribución pueda adjudicarlas, celebrar contratos, constituir reservas y adelantar colonizaciones sobre ellas, en relación al procedimiento y requisitos para la adjudicación de un terreno baldío.
This comprehensive Agreement between Canada, British Columbia and the Tla’amin Nation is a Treaty and a Land Claims Agreement within the meaning of sections 25 and 35 of the Constitution Act, 1982. The Agreement exhaustively sets out the rights of Tla’amin First Nation, their attributes, the geographic extent of those rights, and the limitations to those rights to which the Parties have agreed.
For the purpose of the present Memorandum «patented lands» means those tracts of land in the Province in respect of which Canada accepted surrenders of their rights and interests therein from the Indians entitled to the use and occupation thereof and in respect of which grants were made by Letters Patent issued under the Gread Seal of Canada. Section 2 establishes that all grants of patented lands are hereby confirmed except insofar as such grants purport to transfer to the grantees any minerals and said minerals are hereby acknowledged to be the property of the Province.
The present Act confirms the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Province of Nova Scotia respecting Indian Reserves.

The present Act approves the enclosed Memorandum of Agreement of 24 March 1924 between the Government of the Dominion of Canada and the Government of the Province of Ontario. Section 1 establishes that all Indian Reserves in the Province of Ontario shall be administered by the Dominion of Canada for the benefit of the band or bands of Indians. Section 5 lays down provisions dealing with mining claims on behalf of bands of Indians.

The National Programme on Forests 2004-2007 (PNF) aims to promote the balanced and sustainable use and conservation of Brazilian forests. This will be done through the articulation of public policies related to issues such as: land tenure, credit and financing, environmental legislation, research and technology, training and capacity building, etc. This interministerial programme provides incentive instruments to good use of natural resources and will broaden experiences that prove to be perfectly possible and necessary to grow with respect to the natural balance.
These Regulations concern various matters concerning the management and conservation of protected areas including marine areas. Prescribed classes of protected areas are: (a) nature reserves (b) national parks; (c) natural monuments; (d) resource management areas; (e) closed area. Any area within Solomon Islands that is listed under the Convention Concerning the Protection of World Cultural and Natural Heritage as a world heritage site shall be declared as a protected area under any or more of the classes of protected areas.
En el marco de la Ley Nº 19.253, este Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la organización y el funcionamiento del Registro Público de Tierras Indígenas. El presente Decreto establece normas sobre la operación del Fondo de Tierras y Aguas Indígenas contemplado por el artículo 20 de la Ley N° 19.253. El Fondo tiene por objeto: a) el otorgamiento de subsidios para la adquisición de tierras; b) el financiamiento de mecanismos para la solución de problemas relativos a tierras ; c) el financiamiento para la constitución, regularización o compra de derechos de aguas o financiar obras destinadas a obtener este recurso.
This Ordinance of the Temotu Province concerns the administration of agriculture and the control on agricultural activities in the province. The Provincial Executive may establish a Provincial Agriculture Advisory Committee, the functions of which are defined by this Ordinance.
