The present Regulation is made under the Land Titles Act, 2015. In particular, the Regulation provides for the correct and efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act. Section 2 establishes that the whole of Yukon is constituted as one registration district to be known as the «Yukon Land Registration District». The text consisting of 7 sections deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: Land Titles Office, Review of deputy registrar’s decision, review by judge under the Act, enduring power of attorney, commissioner’s approval, disposal of records, establishment of standards.
This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture amends 12 points of the Decree establishing details on land registration. In particular it amends part B3, B4, and B5 of the Annex, specifying forms of the inventory of land of different types of ownership.

This Governmental Decree establishes that the scope of land cadastre shall be to provide state bodies of all levels, natural and legal persons with the informationrelated to land areas and land quality located within the boundaries of urban areas, local government, districts and at the national level.
This Regional Law establishes that price of purchase of land plots located within the boundaries of regional urban areas destined for agricultural production, without edifices or constructions thereon previously allotted to agricultural organization or to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) tenancy or on condition of life-long hereditary possession shall be set at fifteen percent of cadastre value of the aforesaid plots of land.

El presente Reglamento General de Registros de Títulos, que complementa la Ley Nº 108 de Registro Inmobiliario, tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Registro de Títulos y los Registros de Títulos, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registran los derechos reales inmobiliarios de conformidad con la Ley de Registro Inmobiliario.
This Act provides rules for the registration of title or other interests in land and related matters and provides for the form of transfer of title in land or other interest in land such as mortgages, caveats, leases and easements.There shall continue to be a Registrar of Land who shall be the Chief Executive Officer responsible for the administration of this Act. The Registrar may delegate the Registrar’s powers and functions to the Assistant Registrar of Land.
This Act imposes cadastre tax applicable to owners of properties in Copenhagen and Frederiksberg Municipality in regards to land development.
The present Law shall supplement Article 110 of the Land Code of Ukraine with a new part 3. According to this new part, division or consolidation of land plots shall not terminate the validity of limitations, encumbrances established for land plots, except for the instances when such a limitation (encumbrance) applied only to a part of a land plot which, as a result of dividing the relevant land plot, has not become a part of the new land plot formed. Article 125 of the Land Code of Ukraine shall be rendered in a new wording.
These Regulations implement provisions of the Mines and Minerals Development Act, 2008 with respect to a wide variety of matters such as: organization of mining cadastre offices; application for, or grant or renewal of a mining right or a mineral processing licence; transfer of a mining right or a mineral processing licence; permission for the abandonment of a mining area; alteration of or prospecting in a mining area; various matters relating to survey, mapping and certification.The central mining cadastre office in Lusaka shall administer mining rights and mineral processing licences.
