The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Geo-Data Infrastructure Law of 15 December 2009. ). In particular, the Ordinance establishes that the competent authority in Hamburg responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned Act is the Urban Development and Environment Office.

This Provisional Instruction establishes administrative liability for the infringement of land legislation (legislative provisions related to land tenure, land survey and land cadastre). It shall be applicable to all natural and legal persons, including businesses with foreign investments, which are owners, tenants or leaseholders of plots of land. Administrative liability shall be applicable within two months from the date of commission of the offence and, in case of persistent violations within two months from the date of disclosure thereof.
El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley general del Sistema Nacional de Bienes Estatales, que tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley cuyo ente rector es la Superintendencia Nacional de Bienes Estatales, y desarrollar los mecanismos y procedimientos que permitan una eficiente gestión de los bienes estatales, maximizando su rendimiento económico y social, sostenido en una plataforma de información segura, confiable e interconectada, contribuyendo al proceso de descentralización y modernización de la gestión del Estado.
These Regulations, made under the Survey Act 1992, consisting of 27 sections divided into three Parts and completed by one Appendix, is composed as follows: Preliminary (I); Licences and registrations (II); and Survey instructions (III). These Regulations, in implementing provisions of the Land Surveyors Act, make further provision for registration and qualification of land surveyors and establish rules for carrying out land surveys. Regulations 3 to 5 specify qualifications, whereas regulation 6 concerns registration. A Code of Ethics is laid down in the Third Schedule. Regulation 25 and following contain rules on the carrying out of surveys and the drawing of up land survey plans.

This Regional Law establishes cases of allotment of land parcels out of stock of public and municipal land to citizens free of charge for individual housing construction. It classifies categories of citizens entitled to the aforesaid allotment of public and municipal land. Land shall be allotted o lease for the period of construction that shall not exceed three years, with total (pre-construction and construction) period of lease that must not exceed five years.

This Regional Law establishes that price of land plots with undelimited public ownership in case sale of the aforesaid plots of land in ownership without tender shall vary from the minimum of 2,5 percent of cadastre value of land to the maximum of 24 percent of cadastre value of land depending upon land category.
These Regulations amend the Land Title Registration Regulations 1986 (L.I. 1341) in relation with fees for the registration of a mortgage or charge to secure future advances and for application of first registration of land and registration of land previously registered under the Land Registry Act, 1962 (Act 122). Furthermore, in various regulations the words “Part VIII of” are deleted.
