The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.

This Circular adopts the Manual on Land Survey Procedures. This Manual consisting of 13 Chapters divided into five Parts and completed by XXVI Annexes, establishises this Manual as a useful reference for Geodetic Engineers and Contractors, Land Management Bureau (LMB), Land Management Services (LMS) in the different DENR Regional Offices, the Local Government Units (LGUs) and other stakeholders as it embodies the updated guidelines on the execution of all types of land surveys taking into consideration the technological advances in recent times. The objects of the Act are (a) to simplify the title to land; (b) to facilitate dealings with land; (c) to secure indefeasibility of title to registered proprietors except in certain cases specified in this Act; (d) to facilitate access to information about administrative interests and other information in respect of land; and (e) to facilitate the collection and disposal of information in relation to land or to the buying or selling of land.

This Ministerial Decree establishes that Federal Service of State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography shall be the authorized federal executive body carrying out functions of state registration of rights to immovable property and transactions therewith, land valuation, land survey, land monitoring and geodesy and cartography.

The scope of this Regional Law shall be performance of plenary powers of regional state bodies in the sphere of regulation of land relations. Regional Legislative Assembly shall be responsible for: (a) law-making in the sphere of land relations; (b) governance of public land; (c) establishment of case of allotment of public and municipal land free of charge to some categories of citizens; and (d) establishment of the modalities of land valuation.

This Decree, consisting of 6 Chapters, regulates access to land and acquisition of land rights in order to implement petroleum operations within public or private territory of Angola. It is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Cadastre (Chap. II); Coordination of interventions (Chap. III); Procedures for land right concession to perform petroleum operations (Chap. IV); Guarantees of the Title land right owner (Chap. V); Final provisions (Chap. VI).

This Proclamation aims at improving management and utilization of land and land resources for agricultural purposes in the Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples' Regional State. It applies to all land that lies outside of municipal borders. The Proclamation defines the right to acquire, free of charge, rural land by peasants, pastoralists and semi-pastoralists engaged in agriculture and the equal rights of women with respect to land and provides for the protection of such rights.

This Regulation implements provisions of the Proclamation of The Southern Nations, Nationalities And Peoples Regional State on rural land rights and use. It applies to all types of rural land and lands used for agricultural purposes in urban territory.

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to documents to be registered in the sectional title register (reg. 13); acceptance of responsibility for correctness of facts presented for registration (reg. 16C); description and numbering of Exclusive Use Areas and requirements for the transfer of such areas (reg. 28); forms (Annexure 1); and management rules for association of owners (Annexure 8).

This Act amends the Sectional Titles Act in provisions concerning, among other things: the registration of a sectional mortgage bond (as defined by this Act); certificates of registered sectional title or real right; and purchase of common property by a body corporate.
