The Decision provides for planning, management and conservation of the natural resources in Vietnam, through the educational, economical, institutional and environmental improvement and innovations. Main objectives of the Action Plan shall be land management and conservation, the up-dating of cadastre and an improvement of the land use rights; water resources both surface, ground and rainwater proper use and management, definition and of mineral resources.

This Law, composed of 18 articles, regulates the industrial zoning in the Metropolitan area of Rio de Janeiro. It defines 3 areas for the establishment of industrial activities, namely Areas of Strictly Industrial Use (ZEI), Areas of Mainly Industrial Use (ZUPI) and Areas with Diversified Use (ZUD). The law establishes the competent bodies for the zoning and the classification of industrial activities. For the ZUD areas, it requires a Plan aimed at rationalise the land use for industrial purposes and to minimize environmental impacts.

An Act to amend the Western Lands Act 1901 with respect to the recognition of public and other roads, the assessment of annual rents and the constitution and functions of a Western Lands Advisory Council. El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 388 de 1997, estableciendo que los proyectos, obras o actividades considerados de utilidad pública e interés social podrán ser adelantados en todo el territorio nacional de manera directa o indirecta a través de cualquier modalidad contractual, previa la expedición de la respectiva licencia o del correspondiente instrumento administrativo de manejo y control ambiental por parte de la autoridad ambiental correspondiente.

These Regulations, which have been adopted in implementation of European Union Directive 2003/35/EC, aim at achieving a phased schedule for the application of Legal Notice No. 234 of 2002 as regards the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from the activities listed in Schedule 1 thereof (such as timber processing and slaughter of animals). All operators of existing installations (power plants, shipyards, waste installations, farms) shall apply to the competent authority for a permit.

Il a pour objet de prévoir des mesures, procédures et orientations visant à prévenir ou à réduire autant que possible les effets négatifs de la mise en décharge des déchets sur l'environnement, et notamment la pollution des eaux de surface, des eaux souterraines, du sol et de l'air, et sur l'environnement de la planète, y compris l'effet de serre, ainsi que les risques qui en résultent pour la santé humaine, pendant toute la durée de vie de la décharge.

El presente Decreto dicta las reglas relativas a los mecanismos que hacen viable la compensación en tratamiento de conservación mediante la transferencia de derechos de construcción y desarrollo, que son aquellos que en casos particulares y concretos regulan el aprovechamiento del suelo, el subsuelo y el espacio aéreo de un predio de conformidad con la licencia que concede la autoridad competente, con sujeción a las normas urbanísticas contenidas en los planes de ordenamiento territorial establecidos en la Ley Nº 388 de 1997.
