Cet arrêté prévoit un plan d'aménagement sylvo-pastoral des massifs forestiers comportant: la détermination des zones ouvertes au pâturage, des zones de mise en défens, un règlement d'exploitation, des mesures culturales pour la restauration ou l'amélioration des pâturages.

Ce décret porte composition, attributions et modalités de fonctionnement de la commission consultative prévue à l'article 12 du décret nº 76-166 du 27 avril 1976, fixant les modalités de gestion du domaine national. Cette commission est chargée notamment: d'organiser l'espace rural en zones agricoles et zones d'élevage; de définir les modalités d'utilisation des zones mixtes, qui sont insusceptibles d'appropriation privée; d'assurer le respect des délimitations agro-pastorales et de règler les litiges agro-pastoraux.
The present Act makes arrangements relating to lands in Forest Areas. Such lands shall be sold by the appropriate authority to peasants who have "settled down there and who have been cultivating the lands for at least one year past..." (art. 4(1)). Land left over after sale and distribution as described above shall be sold or distributed in the prescribed manner. Further provisions concern the registration of lands, the modalities for the payment of the price of the land by the allottee and enforcement measures.
This Act regulates forestry activity. It consists of 14 Chapters specifying authorized activities to be performed by public and private entities in order to protect national forests. It also establishes national administration competencies and actions to be carried out by the Government of Cape Verde for managing forestry resources. This Act lays down the basic principles of forest management and conservation, makes provision for the administration of forestry (Chap. I), the survey and classification of lands for purposes of forestry (Chap. II), and the use of forest resources (Chap. III).Basic policy principles are outlined in section 2. Section 3 contains definitions.
The Ministry of Finance now issues guidelines for provision of credits from the State for programmes and projects for use of bare land, degraded hills, forests, alluvial flats, and water bodies within the framework of Decision 327-CT and according to duly approved annual plans: Funds from the State budget are to be provided in the form of credits for basic construction and for non-commercial economic purposes for programmes and projects for the use of bare land, degraded hills, forests, riverine and coastal alluvial flats, and water bodies.
This Decree provides for the assignment of forestry land by the State to organizations, households and individuals for "stable and long-term" use in the form of land assignment without land use levy or lease of forestry land (art. 1). Forestry land is allocated or leased to specified subjects whose main source of income is agriculture, aquaculture of the winning of salt or various specified organizations. No levies shall be charged. Forestry land includes: national parks, nature conservation forests, and various kinds of protection forests (art. 3).
The objective of this Law is giving in ownership agricultural lands, forests, pastures and meadows (art. 1). In the implementation of this Law are included all the lands within the Republic of Albania out of the border lines, which are treated as agricultural lands according to Law No. 7501 of 19 July 1991, on the Land, independently of their origin. Pastures, meadows, forests and forest lands which are certified with official documents as having been private property are returned to the ex-owners and their legal heirs according to the cadastral statement of 1 August 1991.
The purpose of this Law is the determination, delimitation, allocation of areas such as ranges, pastures, wintersheds (winter range lands) or highlands to juridical entities like villages or municipalities and making use of them in a manner abiding by the rules, increasing or sustaining productivity through maintenance and improvement, controlling that use continuously, protecting them and changing their purpose of use when necessary. The determination, delimitation and allocation of ranges, highlands and wintersheds are undertaken by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.
