Forest Tenure

This Act amends and consolidates the Law relative to development and planning in relation with land.The Act consists of 84 sections divided into 11 Chapters: Interpretation and application (I), Administration (II); Development Plan (III); Control of Development of Land (IV); Special provision in certain cases (V); Subdivisions (VI); Compensation for refusal or conditional grant of planning perm

This Act provides the legislative basis for the reform of the Northern Ireland planning system. The reforms concern every aspect of planning, including how development plans are drawn up, how development proposals and applications are managed and the way in which these functions are delivered.

This Act applies to: 1) formation of real estate and other register units; 2) changing the property division in other ways; 3) confirmation of matters concerning the dimensions of a register unit or other property division matters; and 4) registration and amalgamation of real estate and other register units.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of conservation, protection, management and reproduction of recreational forests in urban areas with a view of creation of favourable environment for the population. It shall also regulate the issue of afforestation and reforestation in urban areas.

This Regional Law establishes that forest land plots granted to citizens free of charge or with the establishment of servitude for agro-forestry (haymaking, grazing, apiculture, reindeer ranching, growing of crops etc.).

This Regional Law establishes that forest land plots granted to citizens free of charge for the length of service for limited utilization shall be allotted to forest officers and staff of state hunting organizations (game managers and gamekeepers) for agro-forestry (haymaking, grazing, apiculture, growing of crops etc.).

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of protection, management and reproduction of urban forests with a view of creation of favourable environment for the population. The role of urban forests shall be as follows: (a) recreational, ecological, aesthetic, sanitary and other protection functions; (b) tourism and sport.

This Regional Act sets up the Regional Agency on Forestry and Irrigation, which shall be responsible for implementing a coordinated system aimed at soil protection and forest management. The Agency shall also coordinate interventions concerning irrigation activities.

This Regional Act makes provision on the preservation and restoration of non cultivated and abandoned lands falling within mountain territories in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Further it aims at the prevention of forest fires and dissemination of pests harmful to animal and human health.

La présente loi a pour buts d’exécuter la législation forestière fédérale, de désigner les autorités d’application et de fixer leurs compétences. Elle vise également: a) à favoriser une gestion optimale des forêts; b) à promouvoir l’utilisation du bois d’origine indigène; c) à assurer un traitement sylvicole adapté aux conditions naturelles et aux fonctions de la forêt.

The scope of this Law shall be to protect public interests with a view of ensuring territorial integrity, national, economic and energetic security, social protection of the population, environmental protection, rational management of natural resources and conservation of historical and cultural heritage.

This Act prohibits the unlawful trespass upon private land and in particular on cultivated and forest lands. the Act also grants certain powers to the owner of a land upon which an unlawful trespass has taken place and grants certain powers to enforcement officers.
