Regional Law No. 60-oz amending Regional Law No. 41-oz “On soil fertility of agricultural land”.

This Decree states that carrying out state cadastre of protected areas and objects aims at a) strengthening state control and protecting natural reserve fund, b) preparing plans for economic and social development, land management, urban planning and environmental expertise, and c) data collection and systematization, analysis of the efficiency of the current situation and provide information for national, regional and local authorities, ministries, organizations and other real and legal persons.

The Collegium of the State Land Committee was established on 13 February 1998 upon the Ministerial Decree № 25. By this Decree, number and composition of members of the Collegium are reapproved by the Council of Ministers. The Collegium shall be composed of 15 members and the Chairman of the State Land Committee shall chair the Collegium.
