This Decree establishes the structure, contents and the modalities of keeping the register of land value of the plots of land recorded in the state land cadastre. Register of land value shall make part of the state land cadastre and contains data on land value calculated in the process of land valuation or re-valuation. Database of the register of land value shall contain the following information: (a) basic land value at the date of cadastre valuation; (b) valuation zones; (c) cadastre value; and (d) value of some plots of land after valuation thereof.

Article 16 shall acquire a new wording: “Article 16. Amount of rent. Payment for land allotted on lease shall be collected in accordance with lease contract. Basic annual rates of public land shall be set by local self-government with the consideration of cadastre valuation of the plots of land and with the application of factors established by the President of Belarus subject to the purposeful use of land.

The amendments of the Rota Agricultural Homestead Act concern the designation of homestead areas by the Board of Public Lands. Designated lands shall be allotted to qualified persons for purposes of farming. Those persons shall have the right to acquire title upon the fulfilment of conditions prescribed in the principal Act.

This Order establishes common rules and procedures regarding the state registration of mortgage of immovable property, including plots of land. Mortgage can be established in accordance with contract on mortgage of the plots of land. Mortgage of the plots of land pertaining to the state or municipal property and of the plots of land with area less than minimum land area established by law shall be prohibited. Mortgage contract shall be concluded in writing and it shall enter into force after the official registration thereof.

La presente Resolución establece las normas y procedimientos para la organización y funcionamiento del Registro de la Propiedad.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the planning of land and soil belonging to the Land Brandenburg. Such land shall be preferably regulated by leases and building rights. In particular, special consideration shall be given to principles and aims of land use planning. Furthermore, the Ordinance shall promote local and regional development, conserve forest areas, waters areas, protect nature, improve agricultural infrastructures, secure agricultural development, and forestry infrastructures.

This Law provides conditions by which compensation for restrictions on economic activities in protected territories established by the State or local governments shall be granted and the procedures for granting such compensation. Compensation granted for restrictions on economic activities in protected territories shall be divided as follows: (a) reimbursement; and (b) exchange of a land parcel situated in a protected territory to an equivalent land parcel owned by the State or local government.

This Law prescribes the procedures by which the land regained or privatised by natural persons or legal persons, the land of the State and local governments, as well as apartments and buildings (structures), which are located on this land or in the land, shall be recorded in the land Registers. Rights related to immovable property shall be corroborated in the Land Register in accordance with the requirements specified in the Land Register Law, taking into account the provisions of this Law.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley Nº 1.715 del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria, regulando los aspectos relacionados con los procedimientos agrarios administrativos. Asimismo, establece el carácter social del derecho agrario, el que consiste, entre otras cosas, en la equidad en el derecho de acceso y tenencia de la tierra de mujeres y hombres, con preferencia a quienes no la tienen o la tienen insuficientemente (art. 3º).

This Law shall have as its purpose to set legal grounds for lease in agriculture, and to establish rights and duties of lessors and lessees. The Act consists of nine Sections divided into 29 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) right of lease; (3) rights and duties of the contracting parties; (4) lease fee and sublease of agricultural land; (5) use of rented agricultural property; (6) lease of public agricultural land; (7) lease of agricultural assets; (8) liability; and (9) conclusive and transitional provisions.

Le présent décret fixe les règles relatives à la délimitation, l’utilisation, la conservation et la police du domaine public. L'administration, la conservation et l’entretien du domaine public de l’Etat, tel qu’il est défini par l’ordonnance n° 60-099 du 21 septembre 1960, modifiée par l’ordonnance n° 62-035 du 19 septembre 1962, relèvent d’une manière générale du Ministère des travaux publics.

Le présent décret fixe la composition et le fonctionnement des commissions prévues par les articles 20 et 27 de la loi n°60-004 du 15 février 1960 relative au domaine privé national modifiée par l’ordonnance n° 62-047 du 20 septembre 1962.
