This Act amends the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act in provisions concerning, among other things, establishment of Public Procurement Review Board and appeal from Review Board. It also inserts a new Part (VIa) on the disposal of state land, which may be subject to regulations made by the Minister, the State Lands Act notwithstanding.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento que establece las normas que regulan el procedimiento para la promoción de la inversión privada en proyectos de irrigación de tierras eriazas con aptitud agrícola de propiedad del Estado, conforme a lo establecido por el Decreto Legislativo Nº 994. Las tierras eriazas con aptitud agrícola son tierras no explotadas por falta o exceso de agua y los demás terrenos improductivos que sean de dominio del Estado.
Regulation on the content and elaboration of the documentation for the formation of real estate objects regulates the content and method of developing cadastral documentation for the formation of land plots irrespective of their specific uses, the absence or presence of constructions thereon, the formation of buildings and isolated premises, regardless of the type of property, as well as the formation of land plots of public property.
This Regional Law transfers to local government plenary powers for governance of land plots with undelimited public ownership pertaining to categories of urban land and inhabited rural areas. The aforesaid plenary powers shall be transferred to local government for the period of five years.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto regular el derecho propietario rural sobre tierras fiscales disponibles a favor de entidades públicas para el desarrollo de fines y funciones esenciales del Estado. El artículo 6º especifica las limitaciones a las que quedará sometida la entidad pública beneficiaria del derecho propietario.
La presente Resolución modifica el Reglamento para la delimitación y mantenimiento de fajas marginales de los cauces de agua naturales o artificiales, en relación a la realización de cultivos en la fajas marginales y en las riberas de los ríos amazónicos, disponiendo que la Autoridad Administrativa del Agua (AAA) autoriza el uso temporal de las fajas marginales y de las riberas de los ríos amazónicos para la siembra de cultivos, siempre que no se afecten los usos públicos, el curso de las aguas y no impida el mantenimiento y limpieza de los cauces.
These Regulations apply to certain public agricultural land, namely to land that belongs to the Government and which is mainly let for the growing of crops, flowers, fruit-trees or vines and for cognate agricultural purposes. These provisions regulate the transfer and lease of such agricultural land.
This Law regulates relations concerning ownership, land tenure, and disposal of agricultural land, establishing plenary powers of regional administration and local government in the sphere of turnover of agricultural land. It establishes terms and conditions for allotment of plots of agricultural land pertaining to state and municipal property. Agricultural land shall be used exclusively for agricultural production.
This Act makes provision for the recognition, protection and registration of community land rights and also provides for conversion of community land, special rights and entitlements with respect to community land, environment and natural resources management of community land and settlement of disputes relating to community land.
