This Order declares the areas, places or premises described in the Schedule to be protected areas for purposes of the Protected Areas Act and stipulates that no person shall be in those areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the Cabinet Secretary for Defence.

These Regulation prescribe matters that relate to the protection, management, use and preservation of good order, of public reserves.The Regulations provide specifications on the use of vehicles, vessels and aircraft in public reserves; animals in public reserves; recreational activities; protection of fauna; authorities; and the preservation of good order on Government House land.

Under this Act, the Minister responsible for the Culture and Sport Secretariat may designate any site, parcel of land, building, or structure of any kind to be an historic or anthropological site. The Act provides for the administration of the areas designated under the Act. The conduct of research in the areas is subject to authorization and related offences and penalties are spelled out.

This Regional Law establishes that price of a plot of land located in urban areas and destined for agricultural production, without constructions nor edifices thereon, already allotted to peasant farm on condition of permanent (open-ended) possession or as lifelong hereditary possession in case of purchase thereof by the aforesaid categories of tenants shall be 15 percent of estimated cadastre value at the date of submittal of application.

El presente Decreto dispone que el Instituto Colombiano de la Reforma Agraria (INCORA) administre en nombre del Estado las tierras baldías de propiedad nacional, y en virtud de esa atribución pueda adjudicarlas, celebrar contratos, constituir reservas y adelantar colonizaciones sobre ellas, conforme a las normas de la Ley Nº 160 de 1994, las contenidas en otras disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes, y los reglamentos que expida la Junta Directiva del INCORA.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of the price of land plots pertaining to regional state ownership and plots of land with undelimited state ownership in case of conclusion of purchase and sale contracts for such plots of land without tenders and open-ended payment.

Purpose of this Resolution is the allocation, free of charge, of land area of 300 acres (State land) in Giza Governorate for the establishment of forest trees to absorb the treated wastewater from sewage plant of the National Organization for Potable Water and Sanitary Drainage.

The Hungarian State Holding Company (MNV Zrt.) may purchase agricultural land through tendering procedure from land owners (hereinafter: entitled) for the benefit of the State, for a maximum of 20 acres and a minimum of 1 acre per owner of lands in non-urban areas, for a total value of 3 million HUF, and paying for it with a life annuity according to the provisions of this Decree.

This Act applies sections 5 and 6 (on grant of leases and licences by the President and the making of regulations by the Minister) to land vested in the President pursuant top specified legislation and concerns the Declaration made by the President under section 4 and claims under subsection (1) of section 8 of the State Property and Contracts Act, 1960.
