La présente loi modifie l’Ordonnance n°00-027-P-RM du 22 mars 2000 portant Code Domanial et Foncier modifiée et ratifiée par la Loi n°02-008 du 12 février 2002.
This Act establishes guidelines on surveying and mapping of cadastre through the Survey and Cadastre Authority. The latter must perform the geodetic surveying and topographic mapping of Denmark including the Faroe Islands and Greenland, as well as their waters.

Item 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Cadastre valuation shall be applicable for the purpose of assessment of cost of forest land either pertaining or not pertaining to public forest in case of management thereof for purposes not related to forest manegement, and also for expropriation (purchase) for state and public needs".

This Regional Law regulates relations originating in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and state protection of the objects of cultural heritage. State registration of the objects of cultural heritage shall include: (a) identification, inspection and listing of the objects of cultural heritage; (b) formation of the register of the identified objects of cultural heritage; (c) data collection related to the objects of cultural heritage; and (d) monitoring of the objects of cultural heritage.
These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995. They specify what needs to be included in applications for outline planning permission in relation to “reserved matters” (as redefined by these Regulations and including landscaping and access).The Regulations also amend the Order in consequence of provisions in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 and so as to provide anew for the preparation and revocation of local development orders by local planning authorities.
This regulation implements the Land Title Act 1994. It specifies the location of offices of the land registry, the forms to be used in the office of the land registry and the fees payable under the Act. The regulation is completed by two schedules, one on offices of the land registry and one on fees.

The present Regulation is made under the Land Title Act. In particular, the Regulation amends section 158 of the afore-mentioned Act dealing with restriction of application for the registration of the fee simple. The purpose of the Act is to enact an act to support a long-term hire of immovable property. The Act prescribes the rights under a contract of hire as real right in the interest of the transfer of the rights of hire, devolution of an estate, and subletting which shall enhance the hire of immovable property for use in the commercial or industrial business in the long term.A lease of a land which has an area exceeding 100 rai shall require the approval of the Director-General in accordance with the rules, procedures and conditions prescribed in the Ministerial Regulations.
This Act principally makes provision for the making and registration of deeds regarding land and other real rights, for rights in land such as lease and servitude and for the transfer of land.The Act consists of 88 section divided into 7 Parts: Preliminary (I); Administration (II); Registration (III); Registration of land (IV); Bonds (V); Rights in immovable property (VI); General (VII).There shall exist registries of deeds as set out in section 3. The Minister shall appoint a Chief Registrar of Deeds and may appoint other registrars of deeds pursuant to section 4.
