The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the classification of agricultural land according to degree of erosion risks by water and wind with a view to direct payments. This Land Law, consisting of 14 Chapters, divided into 223 articles, establishes the legal regime for land management, in particular for constitution, exercise, modification, transmission and extinction of the right of land use and exploitation within the State of the Special Administrative Region of Macau, (called RAEM).

This Order approves the Emergency Instrument to regulate natural resources uses within the Marine Reserve of Parnaíba River Estuary. This Instrument (in the Annex), consisting of 5 Chapters, specifies prohibited and authorized activities to be performed within the above mentioned area in: land, pollution, fisheries and forestry sectors. it establishes land tenure and land concession requirements, pollution control and quality standards, fishing methods and gears, prohibited mangue tree exploitation, etc.

The present Regulation implements the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502). In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to the contaminated site cadastre of Saxony. The present Ordinance implements the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502) and the Federal Soil Conservation Ordinance 12 July 1999 (BGBl. I p. 1554).In particular, the Ordinance designate the competent authorities in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern responsible for the efficient enforcement of the afore-mentioned legislation. These Regulations designate a coastal area as a Special Protection Area in accordance with Article 4 of Directive 2009/147/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the Conservation of Wild Birds. The purpose is to ensure protection from disturbance, capture and damage to nests and eggs under Article 5 of the Directive for all species of birds, not just the birds listed on Schedule 3 (with the exception of those birds covered under Articles 7 for hunting and 9, where derogations are listed).

La presente Ley tiene por objeto delimitar los espacios funcionales para efectuar la ordenación territorial; planificar y programar los servicios autonómicos de acuerdo con el modelo territorial; y potenciar fórmulas de gobierno y administración local más eficientes, especialmente las de carácter asociativo voluntario, así como fomentar la solidaridad de la comunidad municipal.

The Act provides for soil conservation and livestock control. It harmonizes soil conservation activities in agriculture, livestock management and proper management of water resources. The Act contains provisions on range management and grazing control for communities to manage range resources in a sustainable manner, guaranteeing equal access.The Act applies to agricultural land, i.e. land utilised for the purpose of the growing of crops or the grazing of livestock.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 in a provision which prescribes a penalty for trespass upon leboella. Section 6 stipulates that a person shall not, except in cases specially approved Trespass by the chief, graze his stock or any stock in his possession or upon leboella cause such stock to be grazed in any area set aside by a chief as leboella.

These Regulations amend the Range Management and Grazing Control Regulations 1980 with respect to grazing fees and penalties for grazing offences. They also concern fees in relation with organization of rotational grazing and regulation of stock numbers.

These Regulations, made under section 4 (1) of the Land Husbandry Act by the Minister of Agriculture and Marketing, provides for the protection of agricultural land.
