This Law aims to protect the soil and gives provisions relating to the control of tillage operations. This Law prohibits the agricultural land leveling and sand beaches dredging. Any action evolving the removal of soil or any part of the earth’s surface is forbidden by the provisions of this Law. The tillage operations necessary for farming in the agricultural lands belonging to individuals are not prohibited. The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Agriculture may licence the agricultural land leveling and sand beaches dredging to improve and maintain the soil fertility.

The present Ordinance implements the Agriculture Law of the Canton Aargau of 1 December 2011. Article 1 establishes that compensation for special ecological services shall be based on agreements with whole entities or on individual measures. The text consists of 12 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Management agreement (2); Measures for the protection of drinking water resources, water or soil (3); Execution (4); Legal aid (5); Final provisions (6).

These Rules, made by the Minister for Agriculture, upon consultation with the Central Agricultural Board under section 48 of the Agriculture Act, require farmers to establish and maintain farm forestry on at least ten percent of every agricultural land holding. One of the objectives of the Rules is to preserve and sustain the environment and combating climate change and global warming. Other declared objectives include: the conservation of water, soil and biodiversity; the protection of riverbanks, shorelines, riparian and wetland areas; and the sustainable production of wood.

La présente loi porte réglementation du territoire et des constructions. L’article 1er établit qu’elle a pour but de contribuer à la création d’un cadre favorable à l’épanouissement de la vie individuelle, familiale, économique et sociale. Elle tend à assurer notamment: a) l’aménagement rationnel du territoire et l’utilisation judicieuse du sol; b) le développement harmonieux du canton, des régions et des localités; c) la sauvegarde des sites et des bâtiments dignes d’intérêt; d) l'utilisation rationnelle de l’énergie; e) la sécurité, la salubrité et l’esthétique des constructions.

Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 2 décembre 2008 sur l’aménagement du territoire et les constructions. L’article 1er établit que lorsqu’un projet de planification ou de construction nécessite des décisions émanant de plusieurs autorités, l’autorité compétente pour rendre la décision principale est chargée de la coordination des procédures.

This Act, which is composed of 124 articles, regulates the use of agricultural land, their protection, marketing and leasing, agricultural operations and common pastures. Provisions of this Act apply mutatis mutandis to forests, unless otherwise provided by law. For these provisions agricultural land means land that is suitable for agricultural production, other than building land and water and land for other purposes. The agricultural land includes all land abandoned, not designated as forest under the Forest Act.

This Act, which is composed of 23 articles, lays down provisions concerning establishment, duties, responsibilities, rights and liabilities of the Farmland and Forest Fund of the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund was set up with the purpose of managing and disposing of farmland, farms and forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. The Fund implements the Slovene farmland policy and with due prudence manages the trading with this land.

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la ordenación territorial y urbanística de la utilización del suelo para su aprovechamiento racional en el ámbito de la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, respecto al suelo no urbanizable.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development of Ben Tre province.The main objectives of the plan include: development of agriculture, forestry and fishery; control of environmental pollution; reasonably exploit natural resources paying special importance to preserving biodiversity in mangrove forests and coastal tidal banks; development of water supply, drainage and irrigation systems; poverty reduction and hunger elimination; and urban planning.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution, entre autres, l’ordonnance fédérale du 1er juillet 1998 sur les atteintes portées aux sols (OSol). Notamment, l’ordonnance fixe l'organisation et les compétences des services de l'administration dans le domaine de la protection des sols contre les atteintes. Le texte comprend 15 articles répartis en 4 sections comme suit: Dispositions générales (1er); Atteintes chimiques et biologiques (2); Atteintes physiques (3); Dispositions finales (4).

La presente Ley tiene por objeto establecer las acciones, normas y procedimientos para la prevención y lucha contra incendios en áreas rurales y forestales, tanto en bosques nativos como de cultivo, en el territorio de la Provincia de Jujuy. En este marco, la Ley prevé la elaboración del Mapa de Zonificación y del Plan Anual de Prevención y Lucha contra Incendios en Areas Rurales y Forestales; asimismo crea el Fondo de Prevención de Incendios.

These Regulations amend the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996 in regulation 31(3) concerning the maximum credit a landfill site operator may claim against annual landfill tax liability, in respect of qualifying contributions made.
