This Act makes provision for local government in Ghana and the promotion, conservation and development of customary law.There shall be a National House of Chiefs, which shall be instrumental in the development and conservation of law relative to chieftaincy and customary law. There shall also be Regional Houses of Chiefs which shall have functions of dispute resolution and compilation of customary law. Each traditional area shall have a Traditional Council and may have more than one Divisional Council.

These Regulations make various amendments to the Land Registration Rules 1972 to 2008 in relation with, among other things, forms, modification of examination of title, applications for the registration of title by public authorities, registartion of easements and land on the foreshore.

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources and the Producer Association shall carry out state control in conformity with the Forest Code.

These Regulations stipulate that a conveyancer or a notary public shall, in respect of any conveyancing work done by him or her, charge the fees and disbursements set out in the Schedule hereto in relation to the matters specified therein. Fees concern, among other things: the lodging of a Deed of Transfer; any conveyancing work done by him or her with respect to the lodging of mortgage bonds; notarial bonds; lodging a Deed of Hypothecation.

This Order establishes that the Instruction shall be applicable to: (a) formation of new plot of land; (b) change of land area or of the boundaries of the plot of land; (c) change of the type of authorized land management; and (d) transfer of a plot of land from one category to another. Land shall be classified in three categories: (1) agricultural land; (2) protected areas; and (3) land of water resources. Cadastre value of the first category shall be calculated by multiplication of average cadastre value of land at the municipal level by land area.

These Regulations replace The Land Registration (Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry) Regulations 1990. They make amendments to the acts of registrar which may be done by a legally qualified registrar, called the Solicitor to H.M. Land Registry, or in case of vacancy or absence of the Solicitor, by another legally qualified registrar called Acting Solicitor. They further provide for acts which may be done under the Land Registration Rules by any other any other legally qualified registrar. (6 regulations completed by Schedule specifying acts which may be done by a Solicitor to H.M.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria.

This Order applies to the survey declarations in accordance to the Farm Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land deduction by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a license by statements from licensed surveyors.

Notamment, l’ordonnance concerne régit les tarifs des émoluments applicables aux prestations officielles de l’Office fédéral de topographie dans les domaines de la mensuration nationale, de la géologie nationale et des noms géographiques. Le texte comprend 8 articles.

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of calculation of land charges for consolidated land plots, pertaining to private ownership, as a result of extension of land area dimension following redistribution of regional public land with public land with undelimited ownership. The amount of land charges shall be calculate by calculated by regional executive body in case of regional public land and by local government in case of municipal land.
