This Act amends the Land Act by inserting a new section (32A). It also amends sections 31, 35, 59, and 92. Section 32A provides that a lawful or bona fide occupant shall not be evicted from registered land except upon an order of eviction issued by a court and only for non-payment of the annual nominal ground rent. Section 92 is consequentially amended. Section 59 concerns functions of district land boards and declares transactions or allocation of land carried out by a board to be null and void if in contravention with specified provisions.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Carinthia. The Municipal Council is required to adopt a Land Use Zoning Plan which divides the entire municipality into building land, grass land and traffic area taking into consideration the local development plan and the economic, social, ecological and cultural requirements of the whole area. The text consists of 34 articles divided into 4 Parts.

La presente Ley establece las normas que rigen el funcionamiento del catastro, y los procedimientos para la identificación, registro y valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el territorio del Estado, para fines fiscales, estadísticos, socioeconómicos, jurídicos e históricos; y para la formulación y práctica de planes estatales y municipales de desarrollo. La Ley contempla tanto las zonas rústicas como las zonas urbanas.

La presente Resolución crea el Sistema Nacional de Registro de la Propiedad, como un conjunto de componentes ordenados y armónicos que contribuyen a la protección de los derechos constituidos: los que se constituyan, los que se modifiquen, se extingan y se publiciten por efectos de la inscripción de los hechos, actos y/o contratos determinados en la legislación vigente, con el objeto de coordinar el intercambio de información de los registros de datos públicos a través de la sistematización, estandarización y homologación de los procesos registrales, y la interconexión de dicha data.

These Regulations, made under section 56(1) of the Sectional Titles Act, 2009 by the Minister of Lands and Resettlement on the recommendation of the Sectional Titles Regulation Board, implement provisions of the Act on, among other things, sectional plans, certificate of registered sectional title, registration of sectional plan, dealings regarding common property and endorsement or entries on registered deeds or other documents or in registers.

Le présent arrêté détermine les droits fixes proportionnels, taxes, frais techniques et cadastraux des parcelles domaniales à usage résidentiel, commercial, industriel, mixte et agro-pastoral situées dans les circonscriptions foncières de la République Démocratique du Congo, mises ou à mettre sur le marché conformément à la procédure organisée par l'article 4 de l'Ordonnance n° 74-148 du 02 juillet 1974 portant mesures d'exécution de la Loi n° 73-021 du 20 juillet 1973, telle que modifiée et complétée à ce jour, conformément à l'annexe 1.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Possessor (legal holder) of rights to land or his legal representative at their request shall be issued certificate of the state body that registered rights to land or other documents attesting transactions with land”.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maps and plans that constitute the basis of cadaster shall be subject to periodic renewal no less than once in ten years”.

This Order applies to land survey notifications in accordance to Farms Act, by establishing rules on whether proof presented to the Cadastre Authority with regard to land registration may be processed without authorization; on certification of land reclamation by acquisition of agricultural property; and on the establishment of an overview map. Cadastral changes may be implemented without a licence by statements from licensed surveyors.

This Order establishes additional provisions related to the Farms Act. A farm/land property can be registered as such and notification thereof shall be submitted to the Survey and Cadastre Authorities to ensure proper residency status. Provisions also include companies in other EU countries or countries that have signed the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). It is compulsory that these companies are registered with a branch office operation.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the introduction of the Federal Land Register into the Canton Appenzell-Innerrhoden. The text consists of 50 articles divided into 8 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Introduction of the Federal Land Register (B); Cantonal cadastral facilities (C); Current cadastral operations (D); Management of the land register with electronic data processing (E); Organization (F); Final and transitional provisions (H).

The present Ordinance lay down provisions relating to the introduction of the computerized Land Registry of Berlin. The text – consisting of 7 articles – deals with the following aspects: introduction of computerized Land Registry, data processing, substitute land registry, entry into force.
