The present Ordinance implements both the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 16 November 2011 and the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2007. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the canton Basel-Stadt. The text consists of 28 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (A); Access (B); Use (C); Fees (D); Organization (E); Transitional provisions (F).

The present Ordinance implements the Cantonal Spatial Information Law of 26 March 2012. In particular, the Ordinance applies to basic geodata of cantonal and municipal law. The text consists of 37 articles divided in 9 Parts: General provisions (1); Organization (2); Content and quality (3); Tracing, availability, data transfer (4); Geospatial metadata (5); Access and use (6); Geo services (7); Exchange of spatial data between public authorities (8); Digital underground cadastre (9).

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 15 janvier 1996 sur la mensuration officielle et l'article 36 de l'ordonnance du Conseil fédéral du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle. L’article 1er établit que le canton gère les données géographiques de façon à ce que ses services administratifs puissent les utiliser de manière efficace. Il exploite des systèmes de traitement de données adaptés à cette fin. The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. In particular, the purpose of the present Law is to provide authorities both at national and cantonal level, economy, science and the public with spatial information. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Appenzell-Innerrhoden.

The present Law enforces the Federal Spatial Information Act of 5 October 2010. The Law lays down provisions relating to the enforcement of federal legislation in the field of geographic information and the collection, management and use of spatial data for the area of the Canton Appenzell-Ausserrhoden. Furthermore, the Law creates conditions for a cantonal spatial data infrastructure.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under Section 20 of the Land Surveyors Act, stipulate that a person, on whose behalf a survey of State Land is carried out by a Government Surveyor, shall pay to Government the appropriate fee specified in the Schedule. The Regulations shall not apply to the island of Rodrigues.

The present Decision implements the Geo-Data Law of 1 May 2011. In particular, the Decision sets out fees for various spatial information services rendered in digital and non-digital form. The text consists of 6 articles.

La présente loi met en exécution l’ordonnance fédérale du 18 novembre 1992 sur la mensuration officielle (OMO). Notamment, l’article 1er établit que la présente loi a pour but d’assurer l’acquisition, la gestion, la mise à jour et la diffusion des données de la mensuration officielle sur l’ensemble du territoire cantonal. Le texte comprend 120 articles répartis en 4 titres comme suit: Dispositions générales (Ier); La nouvelle mensuration parcellaire (II); Conservation (III); Dispositions transitoires et finales (IV).

Le présent règlement met en exécution la loi du 7 novembre 2003 sur la mensuration officielle (LMO). Notamment, l’article 1er établit que le service spécialisé en matière de mensuration officielle est le Service du cadastre et de la géomatique. Cette Service assure la cohérence des systèmes informatiques utilisés en matière de mensuration officielle et prend les dispositions nécessaires en vue de garantir la continuité de l’exploitation des données.

La présente ordonnance met en exécution la loi du 5 octobre 2007 sur la géoinformation. L’article 1er établit que la mensuration officielle désigne les mensurations approuvées par le canton et reconnues par la Confédération qui sont exécutées en vue de l’établissement et de la tenue du registre foncier. Les données de la mensuration officielle sont des géodonnées de référence utilisées par des autorités fédérales, cantonales et communales, des milieux économiques, des milieux scientifiques et des tiers pour obtenir des géoinformations.
