El Plan Operativo Sectorial Agropecuario 2014 (POA) es un instrumento de desarrollo de corto plazo y de carácter operativo, que sirve de marco de referencia para orientar y sistematizar de forma racional los recursos presupuestarios del Ministerio de Agricultura, con la finalidad de contribuir al bienestar económico y social de la población dominicana, y en especial, de los productores agropecuarios.

These Regulations introduce a new prescribed form for a notice under section 21(1) or (4) of the Housing Act 1988 informing a tenant that the landlord intends to seek recovery of possession of a property let on an assured shorthold tenancy (“a section 21 notice”) and new restrictions on the use of the “no fault” eviction procedure for assured shorthold tenancies where a landlord has not complied with certain obligations.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Development Plan) (Wales) Regulations 2005, which make provision for the operation of a new system of local development plans established by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Amendments concern, among other things, inclusion of a marine plan prepared by the Welsh Ministers under Part 3 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 in the list of matters to which the Local Planning Authority must have regard in preparing a Local Development Plan.

The present Ordinance enforces the Burgenland Building Law (LGBl. No. 10/1998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.

This Act concerns the protection of listed building and the designation and protection of conservation areas. It also concerns compulsory acquisition or acquisition by agreement of land for purposes of the Act.Every planning authority shall: (a) from time to time determine which parts of their district are areas of special architectural or historic interest the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance, and (b) designate such areas as conservation areas.
