I have grown up in my career through engaging with technical working groups in M&E and I am a lifelong learner that copes up with new developments. As a development practitioner, I am striving to have an input to the development endeavor and continue being part of a team of development professionals and/or researchers. My thematic focus embedding result based management in development intervention and then harnessing informed decision-making at program level and furthermore support scale up of good practices.
