This Act provides for matters of succession to and protection and administration of property of a deceased person. Succession to rights can be intestate or on the basis of a will. The Act also sets out rules for the construction of wills.Except so far as expressly authorized by this Act, or by any other written law, or by a grant of representation under this Act, no person shall, for any purpose, take possession or dispose of, or otherwise intermeddle with, any free property of a deceased person.

Protected Areas Order (Cap. 204).
This Order declares the areas, places or premises described in the Schedule to be protected areas for purposes of the Protected Areas Act, and stipulates that no person shall be in those areas without permission of the prescribed authority or the President or specified Ministers.

This Act grants powers upon the Minister to declare, in the interest of public safety or public order, protected areas in which access is limited to authorized persons. The Act also provides for measures of enforcement and protection of areas declared to be protected areas.

Geothermal Resources Regulations, 1990 (314A).
