Showing items 69076 through 69084 of 73565.The Director of Geological Surveys and any officer of his/her Department or any other officer authorized may enter on lands and undertake other actions set out in article 3 for purposes of carrying out geological surveys authorized by the Minister.
This Act establishes the Guyana Lands and Survey Commission as a body corporate. The Commission shall be the successor to the Lands and Surveys Department.
The Chairman of the Central Housing and Planning Authority shall keep a register of all persons defined by this Act as landlords, i.e. any person who under any tenancy is entitled to rents and profits of land or buildings.
This Act provides that the Minister may appoint an officer to partition and re-allot of areas described in the Schedule. The powers of such person are the same as officers appointed under District Lands Partition and Re-allotment Act, being the principal Act.
The objectives of this Act include: to protect the unique environment of the province, to provide effective means for resolving conflicts respecting land use and to provide the opportunity for public participation in the planning process.
This Act concerns the designation and management of recreational areas and of related facilities, it consists of 22 sections and is divided into two parts. Part I is dedicated to the development of recreational facilities and Part II contains administrative provisions.
This Act concerns land survey i.e.
Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional authorities shall be responsible for validation of the regional programs for protection, conservation, management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage”.
The present Act consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule containing an Agreement between the government of Canada and the government of the Province of Manitoba on transfer of control over Crown lands and natural resources to Manitoba.
