The present Ordinance implements the Expropriation Law of the Canton Graubünden of 26 October 1958. In particular, the text deals with expropriation of water works and expropriation of other works. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General proceedings (I); Land valuation (II); Material expropriation (III); Miscellaneous provisions (IV).
