This Act requires the Pohnpei Public Lands Trust Board of Trustees to identify and convey specified land to the Government of Pohnpei. The State Government Land Use Plan Master Plan Map,” is hereby adopted as the zoning map for the purposes of this Act. The Governor shall submit to the Land Use Planning and Zoning Commission the Map and plan for integration into the public services element of the Land Use Zoning Master Plan of the state of Pohnpei. The Chapter contains certain rules relative to conveyance of the lands specified, places restrictions on the power of government officers to issue lease or use-right agreements, grants powers to the Board of Trustees to enter into lease agreements with the government of the state of Pohnpei and further provides for return and protection of public lands.
