This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in respect of Wales in Schedule 2 by adding Part 40 which confers permitted development rights for the installation of specified types of renewable energy generation equipment.

This Order makes transitional, transitory and savings provision in relation with the coming into force of selected provisions of the Localism Act 2011, brought into force by this Order. The provisions concern, among other things, (the London Environment Strategy.

The purpose of this Regulation is to clarify the national land policy in the 100-meter coastal belt. The aim is to safeguard public interests and prevent unfortunate construction along lakes, in accordance to the Planning and Building Act. The Regulation ensures that a stronger geographic differentiation is suggested for the key areas where pressure on land is high.

These Regulations, which apply to Great Britain, make provision relating to the requirement to disclose information about a green deal plan where a green deal property is being sold or let out.

These Regulations provide a national environmental standard for activities on pieces of land whose soil may be contaminated in such a way to be a risk to human health.The activities are: removing or replacing a fuel storage system; sampling the soil; disturbing the soil; subdividing land; and changing the use of the piece of land.

This Order amends, in relation to England only, the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 in Part 3 of Schedule 2. Part 3 sets out permitted development rights in relation to certain changes of use, the effect of which is that those changes of use are granted planning permission without the need for a planning application.

The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities.
