El presente Decreto Ley tiene por objeto establecer el marco normativo e institucional de la atención, asistencia y reparación integral de las víctimas pertenecientes al pueblo Rrom, ofreciendo herramientas administrativas, judiciales y mecanismos de participación, para que el pueblo Rrom y sus miembros individualmente y colectivamente considerados.

This Act concerns rights of persons entitled in possession to land under a contract of tenancy whether express or implied. It provides protection of such rights.

Article 3.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Dispute settlement related to dimensions of agricultural land area and location of the boundaries thereof shall be resolved in court”.
