My academic research is backed up by more than 17 years of professional experience. I have particular interest to collaborate in the design and implementation of projects contributing to the positive transformation of conflicts over the access and management of natural resources. Especially those involving environmentally displaced people. In general, I would like to contribute pre-empting the challenges that climate change is posing for the human rights regime, including property rights, and sustainable development, whilst, changing the current paradigm for property rights and governace towards natural resources and land. I hold an international and cross-cultural exposure to negotiate with various counterparties-governmental authorities, international public organisations, the civil society and communities. My native language is Spanish, I speak fluently English and Danish, Italian at an intermediate level and Sign Language at a basic level. I Enjoy working with diverse groups constituted by agents of change driven by honesty and will to create a better world for all.
