Article 5 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Article 5.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to land use planning in Bavaria. In particular, the aim of the Law is to develop and secure the whole territory of Bavaria with a view to town and country planning thus creating and conserving healthy living and working conditions.
The present Law introduces some substantial amendments to the Upper Austria Soil Protection Law 1991.
This Regional Act sets out the legislative framework for the integral bonification of land with a view to ensuring land conservation, water safety, environmental protection and preservation of rural areas.

The present Law lays down comprehensive provisions relating to the conservation of pastures in the Land of Lower Austria. Article 1 contains the definition of “pasture”.
The purpose of the present Law is to safeguard the public interest on the occasion of the transfer of land or parts thereof, taking into account the need to comply with the principles of a sustainable protection of the environment, nature and landscape.
The underlying principle of the present Law is that local interests prevail over regional interests.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to conditions of farmland in Vorarlberg.
