Trade and Investment Cluster Governance (Amendment and Repeal) Act 2014.

This Act, consisting of 29 sections divided into seven Parts, establishes the dissolution of Lake Illawarra Authority. The assets, rights and liabilities of the Chipping Norton Lake Authority and the Lake Illawarra Authority immediately before its dissolution become, on that dissolution, the assets, rights and liabilities of the Crown. Any advisory committees of the Chipping Norton Lake Authority and the Lake Illawarra Authority are dissolved. The persons who were members of the Lake Authorities or any of its advisory committees immediately before its dissolution cease to hold office as members and are not entitled to any remuneration or compensation because of the loss of that office. In addition, it establishes the dissolution of Ministerial Corporation. Except as provided by subsection (3), the assets, rights and liabilities of the Ministerial Corporation immediately before its dissolution become, on that dissolution, the assets, rights and liabilities of the Crown.
