The present Ordinance implements the Mecklenburg-Vorpommern Soil Protection Law of 4 July 2011 and the Federal Soil Protection Act of 17 March 1998 (BGBl. I p. 502). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of fees charged for official acts on behalf of responsible authorities and offices as listed in the Annex. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.
