The Premier decrees that the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade is a federal executive body authorized to carry out functions as regards elaboration of state policy and normative and legal regulation in the sphere of economic development, international trade, internal trade, management of federal property, management of material reserve and cadastre of immovables. The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade exercises authority in the following fields: 1) territorial zoning and land relations ; 2) land market and market of other immovables ; 3) cadastre registration of the immovables ; 4) formation of state and municipal information resources regarding land and immovables and access to them by citizens and organizations.
