This Decree-Law approves the Statutes of the Ministry of Land Planning. It consists of 4 chapters and 1 table establishing the compentecies of this national aministration the aim of which is carry out a planning and regional development policy according to EC assistance programme (chap. 1); Composition and regional services (chap. 2); Personnel (chap. 3); Final provisions (chap. 4).
