Cutting a total land of 4,779 ha in Prey Chrov village of Kbal Tuek commune in Tuek Phos district of Kampong Chhnang: 4,572 ha from economic land concession of Pheapimex; and 207 ha from Training Center for National Special Forces for Countering Terrorism and Training School for Royal Cambodian Armed Forces; Reclassifying 4,634 ha as state private land for granting donation of ownership to 1,598 families; Reserving 145 ha as state public land; and Granting rights to 3,496 private land parcels and 10 public land parcels.
