Through this Order, agricultural products produced in this country must bear indications referring to organic production method in accordance with Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91 of 24 June 1991 on organic production of agricultural products.

This Decree, composed of 40 articles structured in seven chapters, implements Act No. 7.661 on National Planning for Coastal Zone Management, PNGC. The Decree rules on coastal zone use and occupation procedures and establishes rules for the management of maritime ORLA.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for expropriating (redeeming) land to create or enlarge protected areas and for leasing land in protected areas for research, tourism or recreational purposes. Applicants shall submit the technical and financial documentation for the research, tourism or recreational project and a positive expert opinion of the environmental auditor.

This Decree is composed of 4 Parts divided into 4 chapters and 30 articles. Part I defines stone quarries and their places. Chapters I to IV deal with the following matters: the National Council for Stone Quarries; licences; exploiter’s obligations during and after the period of exploitation transfer; and, amendment and extension of licences.

Section 12(2) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 enables the Secretary of State by order to direct that if an area of a National Park falls within more than one region of those, except London, specified in Schedule 1 of the Regional Development Agencies Act 1998, it is treated as falling wholly within one of them.

These Regulations are enacted in order to regulate the activities and consolidate the achievements of restoring farmland to forest, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the parties restoring farmland to forest, to optimize the industrial structures of rural areas and to improve the environment.

These Regulations amend the principal Regulations of 1996 by amending the definition of "transfer note" in regulation 2(1) of the principal Regulations to include transfer notes that are required in Northern Ireland.

These Rules provide for the institution and responsibilities of the related Authority in relation to: the registration of wells and the licence to drill wells; the construction of rain water harvesting structures; the registration of rigs; the prohibition of water contamination, for both surface and groundwater; land use and water quality; the forestation of urban areas, etc.
