This Resolution approves the Regional Scheme for Land use Planning of the Island of S.Nicolau. This Scheme consists of 7 Chapters, 2 Maps and 2 Annexes, specifying land uses, territorial definition and other legal matters related to any areas for the following land use purposes: agricultural, forestry, protection, infrastructures, etc. Chapter 4 regulates infrastructures and equipments.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of keeping plot of land, common (joint) property of condominiums.
