Item 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Transfer of land of protected areas shall be performed after positive conclusion of environmental audit based on technical and economic substantiation and after public hearing on the issue”.

This Notice of the Minister of Water and Environmental Affairs, made under section 19 of the National Environmental Management: Waste Act, 2008, provides norms and standards for the control of the extraction, flaring or recovery of landfill gas at facilities as described in paragraph 4.

This Decree shall be applied to procedures, legal transactions, legal relations in connection with the utilization of land parcels of the National Land Fund, and to natural persons, legal entities and entities without legal personality taking part in such affairs.

The Order partly amends Order No. 94, in particular the deadline and means for applying for subsidy – whereby the application must be submitted electronically and in adherence to Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No. 640/2014 of 11 March 2014. The Order repeals articles 25, 25a-25f, 30 and 39.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico de Gestión Organizacional por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), en aspectos relacionados con la sede de la Dirección de Políticas y Estrategias Agrícolas y la sede y jurisdicción de la Subsecretaría de Ganadería, con sede en Quito, y de la Subsecretaría de Agricultura, con sede en Guayaquil.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico de Gestión Organizacional por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), en aspectos relacionados con la gestión estratégica y estructura básica de la acuacultura y la pesca del multisector agrícola, ganadero, acuícola y pesquero.

El presente Acuerdo modifica el Estatuto Orgánico de Gestión Organizacional por Procesos del Ministerio de Agricultura, Ganadería, Acuacultura y Pesca (MAGAP), en aspectos relacionados con la emisión de instrumentos técnicos para el control de productos agrícolas de origen nacional en la gestión de comercio nacional e internacional del multisector, agrícola, ganadero, acuícola y pesquero.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the distribution of competencies among the various bodies dealing with waste and soil protections issues.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the granting of financial contributions for the conservation of natural flora in the Canton of Appenzell Inner-Rhoden and establishes measures relating to biological qualities of plots of land. The Agriculture and Forestry Office is charged with the implementation of the present Ordinance.

These Regulations implement the Planning and Environment Act 1987 by, among others, prescribing the manner and form of giving notice as required under the Act, related forms and information; defining the manner for keeping the register prescribed by the Act and for securing access to information.

This Order sets regulations concerning the electronic registration of planning via PlansystemDK, which is a national digital system and register containing proposals of adopted plannings that are provided in accordance with the Planning Act and plans covered by the Act's article 54b, section 6.
